Gym & strength training quiz
Workout finished. Your training log isn’t.
Choose what fits your usual experience. Selecting an answer opens the next question.
What does this quiz explore?
Do workout plans appear in your head on a rest day? This free gym habits quiz explores the routines, equipment and scheduling decisions that stay with you outside a strength-training session.
The ten questions do not compare bodies, muscle mass or how much you lift. Choose how often each situation fits your experience. A higher result does not mean better health or a better training plan.
A question from the quiz
On a planned rest day, have you started working out which muscle group you would train after work?
One of the ten real questions. Choose the answer that fits your experience rather than trying to predict a score.

Before you start
Can I take this if I am new to the hobby?
Yes. Choose Never for situations you have not experienced. A low score or a short history with a hobby does not mean you enjoy it less.
Can I save progress or share the result?
Progress is stored in this browser so you can continue later. After finishing, you can save your result or share a link or image. A shared link does not include individual answers. Progress may not persist if browser storage is blocked.
